Hartlepool Leadership Pathway Level 2: Aspiring Middle Leaders (Ref: CACETLHLP2), 6 sessions Oct 2018 - June 2019

In response to the recommendations of the Education Commission, Hartlepool's education partners have collaborated to develop a progressive career pathway for all teaching colleagues. During levels 1 and 2, participants will embed excellent classroom practice and effective leadership in order to continue to improve provision for all the young people of Hartlepool. Colleagues will then be given the opportunity to enrol on a PG Cert in Applied Education Leadership, accredited by Teesside University. 

This course is appropriate for teachers from both primary and secondary sectors who are looking to take their first step into leadership in schools. Please note delegates must attend all sessions.
